Food was average. Aubergine kebab wasn't like supposed to be.

Very unprofessional staff and management. My experience on 14/04/2023: I ordered a 'Meal for 3' at 3 pm through UE App. Estimated delivery time indicating 3:25-3:45 pm. As I didn't receive my food at 4pm, I called the restaurant but they hung up. After 10 minutes I received a call from the restaurant saying that their rider had left the restaurant and the food would shortly be delivered. At 5 pm I hadn't received anything, tried to contact the restaurant again (no answer again) so I requested and obtained a refund via App. 5.15 pm. The rider showed up to deliver the food. I told him that I cancelled the order as more than 2 hours had passed since the time I placed the order. He said: "There was traffic. Wait, I will call the restaurant" so I waited for him while he moved on the side to call. As soon as the call was over, without even turning to me to say a word of apology or a word at all, he just left while I was still at the door. Very bad experience overall, avoid.

Amazing! We ordered in and this was the best Turkish take away you could ask for. All the dishes are full of flavour, we ordered three different lamb, and they were all unique. The restaurant has also given us free salad, two free side dishes and free dessert (which was delicious). We're always very careful about ordering in and which cousins to choose, but this was an absolute win. Highly recommend!
