When I got home I realised it was only signed for and not tracked.
I went back to the shop and was told that because it had been booked in by them, it now has to be collected by Royal Mail and I have to go to Cranbrook Rd, to pick it up. This was a lie.
So now instead of giving me the parcel back, when they still had it in their possesion, it is now lost in the system and is highly unlikely to reach the recipient as it's not tracked.
