        I will not write down my experience as is too long to explain. Ill just say that the staff at this place dosent care about costumers and they lay! I didnt even bring my dog cause after tried in different ways to get in touch with them (the day before of the appointment) to reschedule the grooming session they reply same day of the appointment saying that I could reschedule but I would lose the deposit. Then, after me explaining the situation and being a bit rude she said that she would be ok to keep the deposit for me but the next available appointment would be in March??i just gave up. Of course wont even think to go there again

        Not good enough. In the last few months I had to deal with several cancellations just days before the appointment (if not on the same day!), always due to unclear circumstances - staff calling sick or issues with the booking system.

        horrified about the mess they made of my dogs groom, he was completely scalped, when complaining I was told he was matted from head to do when I know this is complete and utter rubbish!! My dog is completely traumatised and isnt the same since this experience. Personally I would avoid this place at all costs
