Had to ring this firm three times in succession as the phone connection kept cutting out. The chap I spoke to initially said that I should go on the internet to see what was required for my event. Having told him that I had already done that and have a list he said his internet connection was down so I should go to their site and pick up the equipment. He was asked whether they deliver to which the reply was affirmative I asked for them to deliver. He rung off. This is the worst customer experience I have come across especially as the order was going to be placing with them was going to top 5k. Based on this introduction If that is they way they treat potential clients on the phone, god help you if actually become one of their customers. ABSOLUTELY DREADFUL!!!!!! James Broslin
