Pretty poor throughout the tenancy. Contractual responsibilities often ignored or re-interpreted as London Cribs see fit. Often needed to organise repair work privately and deduct costs from Monthly payments to get any action to take place. The buildings upkeep kept in a poor condition, any repairs to rooms / building when eventually taken, were done on a shoestring. Issues raised often ignored. Communication terrible. Prospective tenants need to be prepared to be relentless in challenging LC & hassle daily in order to prompt any action / fulfil their obligations. Three fake 5* reviews noticed immediately by people working for, or in tandem with London Cribs to boost their score (Gerard, Raquel & Zak Dada) - really poor form guys. Expect to pay above the market rates, to regularly need to challenge unreasonable decisions and hope the property and its appliances are in a reasonable condition before the tenancy begins.

I have dealt with several letting agencies in London, and based on my experience, this is by far the best one. I am very pleased with the service provided by London Cribs. The team is very professional, especially Glenn. I want to thank him for his patience, assistance and quick response, as well as for always treating me fairly. I wish I could say the same about all the other London agencies that I had to deal with... Any issues we had were solved promptly and were easy to report. Full deposit was returned with no issue. I would have no hesitation in dealing with them again. I definitively recommend London Cribs to find a property in London!

Glenn was fantastic from start to finish. Moved to Kennington at the start of Sept 21; stayed for 1 year. Was always helpful and made living there a pleasure. Moving out was as easy as moving in and was really helpful with some advice regarding leaving / taking unwanted possessions. Would definitely recommend!

We very much enjoyed our time in the flat, Glenn was our property manager who was absolutely fantastic, any issues, questions or concerns and he was available first thing and would do everything he could to sort things out, best property manager Ive ever come across would love to live in a property managed by him again!
