The entire team at Gentleman & A Van have been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the team in the office who dealt with my booking to the removal team on the day, the entire move was seamless. Ive already started recommending them to my friends! Moving house is stressful but using Gentleman & A Van meant that the physical move was the easiest bit of the process.

I would NOT recommend. We moved our 5 bed home at the end of Nov 22 - a mile up the road to our new home - with Gentleman and a Van. The crew were nice but perhaps not careful enough. We had a number of important items of furniture broken and the company just washed their hands of us. They informed us that we should have taken out the 500 insurance if we wanted to guarantee against breakage. In 30 years of 4 major house moves - I have never come cross anything like this. Isnt moving our belongings carefully and without breakage what we paid 5,500 to do???!

We have just moved from London to Hampshire and the move could not have gone smoother due to Liam and his crew @ Gentleman & A Van. This is the 2nd time we have used this company and cannot rate them highly enough. From the outset, Mark came over to look at the property we were moving from. He was professional and reassuring. I immediately felt like we were in good hands. The communication was swift and clear. They were flexible and good value. On the day, Liam and his 2 colleagues arrived punctually. They were bright and friendly from 8am - 5pm. I have no idea how they kept the energy up all day, they were amazing! Nothing was too much of a problem. They put every box and item into the right place and could not have been more accommodating. It made moving day feel easy - I was expecting it to be extremely stressful, but it was the exact opposite! Thank you so much for all your help. We will not hesitate to use you again in the future and will be recommending you highly!

They say moving house is one of the most stressful times in life. With the help of these punctual, friendly, professional and efficient people we moved twice in quick succession (and used their storage facility) with a cat and two young kids and it could not have been easier. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thanks for a lovely experience. Update: I then used them again and total change. Lots of damage. Poorly packed items for storage. Unhelpful management afterwards. Don't recommend.
