Highly recommended. We had two large banks of bookcases installed, and the service was prompt and professional from start to finish. Oli, who designed and installed the bookcases, is a real expert in this field, and went out of his way to ensure that we had the product we needed for our situation. Installation was quick and trouble free and - most importantly! - the shelves look fantastic and are built to last. Communications with Susan in the office were timely and informative. I have only good things to say about Olli and Tim from The BookCase Co. They managed the work efficiently and to a very high standard. Built in furniture in old houses is not cheap - I did look at a few quotes -- but I do believe I got value for money. We are very pleased and they did not disrupt the household to install the bookcase and alcove and were very responsive when I had questions.

All my life, I have wanted a proper bookcase. The BookCase company was just ideal. My initial quiries were answered promptly with thorough and reassuring explanations. When Oliver came to measure my space, he was attentive to my needs and requirements. In giving me the advice I needed, Oliver was courteous, helpful and friendly, and sent me a perfect sketch the following day. Within a short space of time, my custom made bookcase was built, installed and painted with the utmost efficiency, attention to detail, thoughtfulness and care.
