        Not the greatest experience. Ordered two trickle vents at a cost of 8 each. Only received half of each vent, the inner part. Was later told the outer part is sold separately. That's like buying handles for a door and only getting the handle for one side or buying a pair of shoes and only getting the left shoe! Trickle vents are manufactured as one unit and packaged as such.This merchant is making more money out of unsuspecting customers by splitting the packs and selling on for more money as two seperate parts.Won't be using SDS London again if that's the way they do business. Very poor.
