Great experience first trying on wedding dresses here for me and my partner - thanks so much Gemma and all! Great to have a double appointment for us both and we felt at ease throughout. We picked out some dresses we liked and then Gemma picked out some recommendations for us based on what worked when trying things on. Highly recommend!

An amazing experience with Megan and Gemma at the Wedding Dress Shop; I went to so many shops and big brands along the way and some of them never even emailed me back. If you want a personalised, professional, kind, and genuinely helpful service during what can be a stressful time, this is the one for you. I couldnt rate them more highly.

I bought my wedding dress from here back in 2017 and returning to the store now with my cousin for her wedding. I could not recommend this shop enough, I visited about 6-7 in total and the customer service was by far the best. I was helped by Kerry (not sure if she still works here) but she was so patient and brilliant. Our wedding was postponed by a year in the end and throughout all the uncertainty and numerous change of plans she was extremely patient and helpful, I was never made to feel like a bother. I was also living abroad at the time so there were a few logistical issues, but I was always given practical solutions for them. The shop itself has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, I thoroughly enjoyed coming for my fittings and have nothing but pleasant memories. The selection of dresses is beautiful and was definitely the best around South West London. Despite this being the last shop I visited, I still had no idea what dresses I liked and Kerry was exceptionally helpful, gave me advice on what would suit my body shape, went through the different styles (I had no idea of all the names etc) and to what level they can alter dresses. It was almost like a little intro into wedding dresses which was really helpful for someone like me who had no clue where to start. Most importantly I absolutely loved my wedding dress and there is no feeling like feeling 100% happy with your dress and body on the big day itself, all the alterations were done *exactly* how I envisioned them and I can confidently say my dress was perfect for me.
