Sophie has been helping me with a long term injury over the last few months, and I can't recommend her enough. I was blown away with her knowledge, which allowed the development of a treatment plan specifically for my injury. Even when I wasn't making the progress I wanted Sophie encouraged me to continue, which is now being realised. I will absolutely be returning to see her as I continue to recover and get back into running.

Sophie is the most lovely and talented individual. Just from looking at how I stand and walk a few steps, she was able to diagnose some of the issues that lead to my chronic back pain. After just one session, the difference in my pain was drastic! She provided daily exercises to help rectify my issue and each visit to her marks an upward improvement in my pain. Sophie has the hands of a magician and unparalleled knowledge. You feel welcome, relaxed and like she's your best mate - the comfortability teamed with the utmost professionalism is inspiring. I would recommend her to absolutely everyone, with not one negative to be mentioned.
