New Hall Hospital

Unfortunately I was very disappointed with my recent overnight stay. After surgery my room wasnt ready for nearly 2 hours so had to wait in recovery, when finally taken up to my room around 7pm bearing in mind I hadnt eaten all day all I was offered were 3 biscuits until the following morning which I was finally given 2 cold slices of toast. The ward was very noisy during the night so didnt get much sleep. For the money I would of expected a better quality of service.

Doctor cox was amazing along with his team I would definitely recommend him for knee surgery He is calm caring and considerate A very good surgeon indeed

I'm currently under Mr beck for ongoing back issues I have taken a great deal of knowledge and understanding about my situation and he has been nothing but reassuring and given me new hope of finally getting my life back on track also every other member of staff I have seen have also been very polite and professional

My daughter has been a patient at New Hall and I couldnt fault it. She had a back operation 2 years ago and she is due to have a revision next week. I have every faith in Mr. Matthew Stenning the consultant who is going to do my daughters back operation and the staff who work there.

I've had one procedure there and am scheduled for another one. Wouldn't consider going back except a consultant I rate highly works there. Appalling communications (starting with never answering the phone) and utterly chaotic administration of private patients. Extortionate pricing, don't handle disabled clients well (which is a shame/odd given they have a lot of spinal patients). Avoid if you can!
