On approach Nick back in January, my running fitness and confidence has grown massively. Hes helped me to get out of a running rut. I thought that as a coach and personal trainer myself that I was good at motivating myself, but its not been so easy since a long bout of illness back in 2020/21 meant my fitness plummeted as well as my confidence. Having that accountability and someone to reach out to when sessions go well or not so well as well as a training programme that fits around my life and work commitments is brilliant. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Professional, knowledgeable and a great guy!

Nick is a wonderful coach - reliable, accessible, knowledgeable and patient. I ask a lot of questions about running (of course!), fuelling, nutrition and trainersetc, and he always replies swiftly. I started training with Nick almost three months ago and have had a 5k PB twice. Its not all about PBs though, when runs dont go as planned, Nick is very encouraging and helps me to adapt and stay positive. He has taught me to be kind to myself while training efficiently. I used to follow random online training plans but ended up overtrained and even worse, injured. I am now following Nicks plan preparing for the London marathon. No injuries so far and I have made very good progress. I totally believe that Nick will assist me to achieve my goal.

Taking up coaching with Nick was best decision I've made in my preparation for my first marathon. My endurance, strength and fitness improved after first 6 weeks of following the training plan and now I'm seeing constant improvement week after week. Nick is very knowledgeable, easy to reach and just pleasure to work with!

I cant recommend Nick enough!! I have been running for years but I really started to plateau and running became a bit of a chore and I wasnt making any progress. I decided to take on a coach to try improve my running (that included nutrition, strength and a bit more structure) but wasnt quite sure what I was getting myself into. 6 months down the line I have learned a few things about Nick. Hes a lot of fun to work with, extremely knowledge and super flexible and understands the challenges life can throw at us and get in the way of running. Hes is also just a really decent person! All these ingredients make for an enjoyable experience and have taken my running to the next level. In the time Ive worked with Nick I have improved my 5km time and improved on my marathon PB by 8 minutes. I have loved working with Nick so much that a day after the marathon I was already contemplating the next challenge and look forward to completing it with Nicks guidance.
