Ive been training with James since November and hes brilliant. He makes sure that the routines are not over taxing (to the point of exhaustion) but hard enough so that I know that Ive done a workout. He listens to any comments I make and makes any necessary adjustments. His overall attitude encourages you to push yourself harder, to achieve more. Already the cms are coming of waist and hips I can see some definition in core muscles, my RHR has dropped to 61, Im sleeping better and I feel much fitter. Thanks James, cant wait to see what further improvements can be achieved from working with you.

Have been using 14 Food & Fitness for my PT sessions & nutrition advice after struggling to lose weight. Really easy to talk to .. Hes listened to what I struggle with & given me loads of ideas for healthy alternatives & ways that I can still have a social life & lose weight. Combined with weekly PT sessions that are challenging but fun & James has come up with a plan that really works & is sustainable & Im really pleased with the results Hes very knowledgeable & explains things very well so I know what hes working on & how Ive progressed over the weeks. Cant recommend highly enough!
