Austin is a highly professional, diligent and caring estate agent who works hard from start to end of the buy/sell process to assist as much as he can - whether that is chasing other estate agents, contacting solicitors, or maintaining a dialogue between everyone in the chain. I would highly recommend Austin for anyone who wants to have a personal touch to their property buying/selling experience instead of just using a typical large franchise (or high street) estate agent.

Recently bought a house with Austins help. Initial viewing was excellent and he answered all of our questions. Very quickly arranged a second viewing for us. Once our offer was accepted, he helped us throughout the complicated buying process. Our sale ran into a few hiccups but Austin was extremely helpful in straightening things out again. Always at the end of the phone, communication is clear and constant, made the process very easy, cant recommend him highly enough.
