Leanne gave me a really effective sports massage on my back and shoulders; always conscious of comfort and pain tolerance, in one session, she worked out knots that were years in the making. I would recommend Leanne and will definitely return.

Leanne is amazing at what she offers - I've had the cupping massage on my legs and then on my face. The results are brilliant. After the first session on my first you could results on my face - thinning and shaping and my skin feels and looks amazing. My legs are showing definition and the skin looks and feels amazing.

Highly recommend Forever Balanced, In the past with other Sports Therapists I've had to spend much time and money over several appointments to achieve progress. Leanne managed to do away with years of combined muscle trauma in a single session. I will definitely be returning for follow-up appointments to maintain my progress.

Wow, amazing. Leanne did a sports massage where I had a knot in my back that had been causing me so much pain. I was nervous at first as I had always been told that sports massages are really painful but she was fantastic, talking to me throughout and ensuring that the pressure ect wasn't too much or if more pressure was needed at a certain point. Will definitely be booking in for more sessions in the future. Highly recommend. Very professional lady, with alot of knowledge and a calming demeanor.
