        Great location! Our purchase process was brilliant thanks to Charlotte and Mo until we actually got our keys in Dec 21. Since then our life became a constant battle ground with Customer Services. Operatives and contractors in&out constantly, 52 snags down, we still have 10+ outstanding after 15 months! Absolutely terrible operations team, the site managers are being transferred left, right & centre. The office team has no idea what is happening on the ground and nobody seems to take resposibilty. Only buy from Barratt if you have years of free time to be constantly available for them to pop in to fix things they messed up the first place; and make sure you have a good therapist too - you will soon need it! Never again.

        Houses are nice but room sizes aren't great, you get of sales patter from the rep so make sure you ask about extra hidden costs as there are loads!!! Don't really think it is what we are looking for, suggest they would make nice starter homes.
