        Awful.I was badly let down the evening before my party was due which meant I was unable to make alternative arrangements. Excuses were made regarding how she tried to contact me which I dont believe as it did not make sense. Totally unprofessional behaviour. I understand that this lady is not taking any orders after January so perhaps that is an indication of her commitment.Needless to say I would not advise anyone to use this service.

        I contacted Stacy to see if she could provide a stack for my Daughter's 18th. Stacy talked us through what was possible and how each part could be customised to our needs. Stacy assured is that we were getting exactly what we wanted and at an amazing price too. Our Daughter was delighted with the balloons.
