We recently engaged with Larkham to design a large, two storey extension to our house. They were competitively priced and made the whole design and planning process very simple and stress free. Martin was easy to deal with and took the time to explain and explore our design options then liaised with planning directly until the process was complete. We had need to ask for their help with some small amends once we had received planning permission; again this was dealt with promptly without any stress for us. Would strongly recommend Larkham.

Having been highly recommended to use Larkham Design by a friend and our contractors for our recent loft conversion to a new build property we were delighted by the whole process. The designs that Steve created captured everything and more that we wished to create with the space that we had and gave us plenty of options and extra ideas of areas that would work particularly well. Steve and Martin handled the full process of our design and provided us with all information and considerations that were required with a high level of professionalism. Not only friendly and providing excellent service, we were also pleased with how responsive both were to any queries that we had and the support that was provided to ensure that this stage of our build was seamless.
