Reasons for 2 stars: priced the menu they give you incorrectly then charge you more saying its a pricing issue- so guys either print new paper menus or charge the amount advertised.
Staff not trained appropriately to offer the right service in the barn. It was just terrible to be honest.
Third reason, dont write spiel on your menu about why you add on a 12.5% discretionary charge for service on your so that your staff can be paid appropriately- this actually gives off the impression that youre a hungry corporate business who doesnt care about its employees. Pay your staff properly as a business and the tips will be for going above and beyond or offering good service as they should be. Not for them to be able to take home an appropriate salary.
