Disappointing service. I had a flu jab appointment scheduled for today. The chemist did phone me 25 min before my appointment but left no voice message. I tried calling back, 4 times, but no answer. As it takes me 25 minutes to get to the chemist I was already on my way. So on arrival I was notified that there was no flu jab and they had no idea when it would be available. On the website you can still book an appointment.

Phones ring but are permanently off the hook, just awful service all round. There isn't another Lloyds pharmacy like it,as in this bad, just awful service and awful staff. Clearly Lloyds as a company have no interest in resolving any issues with this store, save your self the hastle and go to Lloyds Shaftesbury or any other pharmacy this lot are behond useless
