Really unimpressed with this company. A recommended repairer from my insurer after a claim and the process was awful. Lots of broken promises along the way culminating with a stressful 3 1/2 months waiting for the car to be fixed. One part still missing which they tell me will be fitted once they receive it from Mini. They assured me my car would come back with a full tank of fuel. It didn't. They did provide a courtesy car but delivered that 5 days later than expected without informing me or giving any updates. I had to do the chasing. The only guy who seemed to get things sorted was a chap called Charles on the main desk. Other than him, terrible communication with the client and sub-par service. UPDATE: Approximately 4 weeks on from the car being returned to me the part has now been fitted. Goswells came out to me and fitted the part without me having to be present which was helpful. They called me to tell me it had been done. I was then contacted by Katie at Goswells who offered me compensation for the petrol that I did not receive. I accepted this offer and was grateful for the gesture. This was by no means a 5* service, however I was very appreciative of how they have since handled the situation and have amended my review accordingly. The extra star I have given is purely for the way they have since conducted themselves. FURTHER UPDATE: Since the vehicle has been back to me I had not realised the locking wheel key had been missing until recently when the brake pads need to be replaced. It was in the car before it went to Goswells. Interesting. No response from them of course.
