My wife and I were looking to enhance the Edwardian character of our house and having recently spent some time obtaining a suitable mahogany wardrobe and chest of drawers, we were struggling to find a complementary set of bedside cabinets. We found the perfect set of mahogany chests at Hingstons of Wilton, but we have always been wary of buying antiques unseen, as descriptions and photographs don't always match the reality. However, after discussing the condition of the chests with Nick Hingston, he was so passionate about the quality of the chests that he put our minds at rest. The transaction, communication and delivery, by specialist couriers, went seamlessly and the chests were as exactly as described, and were quality antiques. We are delighted with our purchase and will certainly bear Hingstons in mind for any future purchases, without the apprehension of goods not being as described. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
