Today at 7:25 am 24th of April it went on to voicemail to say I can't make my appointment 4.15 pm I know you tried to ring back at 8am and 9.26am you left no messages on my voice mail I tried to ring you mugs of the day you actually pick the phone up at 15.57pm you have stripped me off your records register you never ever said 24-hours cancellation nobody said that to me dentist surgery only you miss appointment you're completely absolutely useless ever known I am disgusted how your service is. I give you plenty of notice first thing in the morning properly you're trying to ring me at the say you've been struck off the register please nobody use this dentist I'm so angry and annoyed now haven't got no dentist thanks for this horrible dentist it feels me not break I see you have got a lot of one of views as well one star yes very poor

Was my second time visiting the practice. I knew my teeth wasnt good but he decided to belittle me, bully me and when I told him he was being rude to me he took me off their books. Left in tears. Avoid!!!!!
