        The previous review is very accurate the staff are incredibly rude and highly incompetent. I will be taking my custom elsewhere in future, I have complained to one stop directly, but I doubt they will do anything.

        I wouldn't give any stars to be honest after my experience today, the manager of the shop is the most shockingly rude man I have ever come across, his customer service skills are atrocious. It's a shame as the other ladies who work in the shop are absolutely amazing and go out of their way to help you and I couldn't praise them enough, can't believe they have to out up with him, I buy many newspapers 7 days a week and I can safely say that I will not be shopping here again!!
