        Amazing experience! Came to Charles when I had been running far too much and had developed a very sore hip, with pain all through my upper hip joint when I walked. Charles took the time to review the issue holistically, rather than just targeting my hip for treatment, as other health workers have done in the past. From the first session I could feel a difference - everything felt looser and the pain lessened significantly. And after 5-6 sessions, I no longer needed to come back! Im back up and running, feeling stronger than ever. Highly recommend Charles - very professional, and knowledgeable.
