        Very good. I had prebooked a taxi from Ross on Wye to Symonds Yat and it arrived punctually. The driver was very polite and friendly. He collected me from Symonds Yat at the prearranged time and also kindly stopped at a bridge at my request to allow me to take some photos. Good reliable company. I would not hesitate to use them again.

        Ordered taxi to collect bags from Monmouth to Ross on Wye and said that they could collect any time but bags needed in Ross for 5 pm . Arrived in Ross at 5-30 to find no bags . Call and told that they had been too busy in spite of booking made a week ago . Theirony is that a friend offered to collect but I felt that taxis had such a bad time during the pandemia that it was not fair to cancel. Here on I will give the same consideration that they gave to me. Really unprofessional!
