I have been with Wixfit for just over a year since I moved to the area. It is a great way of keeping fit and making friends . Good to have structure and a different focus each day to keep it interesting and keeps me motivated which I didn't have when I worked out on my own. Even when I have a bad day at work/home it is a good outlet

I have been with Wixfit for over 2 years, its the best life style choice I've ever made. Every session is different. It's massively helped me over the last 2 years and I can't be without my exercise now.

Before I started my Wixfit journey, I was adverse to the idea of group training purely because of my own insecurities with my anxiety, self-esteem, skin condition and past experiences. In my head the group would be advanced in every way compared to me with a bunch of fitness fanatics and I was unsure as I had been so used to trying to lose weight on my own on and off! Also, my visions of a physical trainer had been that of a hardcore, relentless trainer, but Matt and Harrison really changed that vision. After talking things through with Matt about needing motivation, push for consistency amongst changing other things such as diet and the manner in which Matt and Harrison approach the challenge, which is not only from the perspective of purely physical but also mental health and wellbeing I felt convinced. In some ways, a year down the line, I realise now that being told by Matt that he could see the 6 week challenge being something for us felt like a first step to feeling good in itself. My experience with Wixfit has become that of a family. The most important thing to mention is the support that you get not only from Matt, Harrison and Chris, who are attentive and provide so much encouragement and advice not only in terms of the exercise but also confidence. I really can't stress enough how the wonderful group is that continue to help you on your journey, every session is truly a barrel of laughs - you might be the last person left doing their reps and your group is cheering you on from the sidelines which doesn't feel embarrassing but rather empowering! I would wholeheartedly recommend Wixfit. I never thought Id want to go on my own accord or be motivated to go to training, but I actually enjoy sessions now and feel sad when I can't go! I am seeing progress and starting to move towards where I want to be :) It's crazy to think that my sister was going to do the challenge on her own but convinced me to do it with her, I'm glad that I did because I can't imagine my life without it now!

I have been training with Matt and the team since October 2019 following suffering from a bad period of mental health. I was low, had zero motivation and felt like there was no way to pick myself up and get out of the big black hole that I was surrounded by. Joining Matt has given something to focus on, reinstated my motivation and gave me some ambition back in my life. The affect exercise has on your mental health is phenomenal. I have achieved so much, healthy nutrition habits, mental stability and my physical fitness has improved significantly. Joining the team is certainly a decision that I have not looked back on. The team are always there to support you and offer you solutions. By far the best investment of my life given where I was 9 months ago.

Before I started with wixfit I was in a very dark hole... mentally, physically and emotionally! I was fighting my demands everyday, getting bigger and fatter which made me depressed, I was lethargic, tired, but I wasn't doing anything! The less I did the worse I felt, I was just getting deeper and deeper into the hole. It's time to change... saw the advert for wixfit and sent them a message. I'd made the first move to a happier life! Within the hour I'd had a reply asking to meet, I'm scared, didn't expect them to reply so soon! I made a date to meet Matt a couple of days later, if I'm honset, I wasn't going to go, so glad I did. It's the best thing I have ever done! Matt and Harrison are A-MAZ-ING they have changed my life, and only for the better! I am eating healthier, enjoying the varied sessions, I even get up for an 8am session on a Saturday!!! I am now a size 8-10 have bags of energy, tired but in a good way and I have a whole new circle of friends, the wixfit family. I can not express enough how much WixFit has helped me, take that leap of faith
