        This pharmacy has appauling service. Its not the first time I have changed to another more reliable pharmacy, once again. The delivery service is amateurish. The phone service is incompetant and the counter service is hostile. What more can't you ask for.

        Arranged my flu jab to be turned away as all appointments were cancelled however they forgot to contact me and as I had booked a day off work this made me furious! "Sorry" was all I got, the assistant acted like she couldn't care less and had zero customer service skills! Disappointed and annoyed at such unprofessional behaviour....training needed here one thinks!!
