My contact lens broke in my eye and I call them up for some advice. I am not a client of theirs so I understood that they couldnt help me hands on but they just told me to get in touch with the opticians I went to that was hard for me to get to at the time as I was unable to drive due to the situation. It would of been nice to give me some advice to help me over the phone at least instead of cutting me off and telling me that I needed to go there instead which was difficult.

Nothing is too much trouble for Sarah and her team. They offer a professional and caring service and have always been completely transparent and honest with recommendations. Much more thorough testing than i've received at chain type opticians. Thank you again for excellent service.

Great service as ever. Sarah always takes the time to fully understand your requirements. Following a recent eye test, I was nudged towards a varifocal and it has improved the ease with which I can read no end. Michelle was also instrumental in helping me to choose a frame. 5 stars. :-)
