Pianoman Paul

Paul has been patiently teaching me piano for some 14 months now and as a very mature student, patience is exactly what's needed. His wide-ranging knowledge of genres is ideal for someone like myself who will one week be demanding to know how to play blues then the following week wanting to know how to get to grips with a nice Abba tune. As a guitarist my music theory was ok, but Paul has improved this massively by teaching me to read music, recognise note values and play to a correct tempo using the metronome. Playing to the metronome is generally where I fall to pieces but Paul's encouragement has really taught me the value of the exercise. In conclusion, if you're looking for a knowledgeable teacher and talented musician you need look no further.

Paul has been teaching my daughter since January and with Paul's patience and encouragement she has come on in leaps and bounds. She can now read music notes and understands the values of them she has also touched on playing with a metronome. Paul has a wide-ranging knowledge of all genres of music which is good as my daughter will try anything. it has surprised me what she will try and with the help of Paul how good she gets at it. If you are looking for a piano teacher then look no further Paul comes highly recommended.
