Bupa Dental Care Wilsden

Not impressed with the quality of customer care yesterday. The dentist I had was not listening to me did a quick look at my teeth and then X Rayed my teeth. Then told me that one had to come out. Did not explain or show why. Then referred me to another dentist practice to pull it out. She was rudeto me and not fit to treat patients this way. If it is the practice of sending people to another practice for dental surgery then that no longer is a dentist it's a factory. Wilsden Buper the customerservice dentist-wise is poor. I'm quite angry at the way I have been treated The likelihood of using that dentist again has been destroyed after manyyears So I leave this as a complaint the dentist needs to learn that the customer comes first

Friendly and helpful staff. My dentist is excellent.

A nice looking dental practice, but the reception staff can be quite snobby towards NHS patients.
