QDOS Accident Assistance

Terrible experience. Stay away from this company. My car bodyshop recommended a claims company who passed it to QDOS to handle. I dealt with 5 different people in three weeks. I became wary of them but I allowed them to proceed. They took lots of details (photos, witness statements, video, etc). They issued conflicting instructions and finally a man called James called me and engaged in a deliberately slippery conversation. James enjoyed himself in a passive aggressive way, he uses insurance industry terminology repeating the same thing over and over. I told him that he knew what I was asking him and I asked him outright if his company were now abandoning my case. He then told me they now realized that they couldn't find a way to make money from my claim and after 3 weeks, advised me to contact my insurance company. I'm honestly sorry that I listened to the advice of the garage and the claims company. Don't engage with QDOS. I've gone to my insurers, explained the circumstances and they are now dealing with the issue in a professional and helpful way.

I can't fault this company. They have been with me every step of the way (answering my calls, emails etc - no automated pigging robots yay) since someone reversed into in a car park then had the audacity to say it was my fault. Yes Officer, I managed to get my big orange car to jump sideways into the bumpy that didn't see me driving by!! It's been a pickle trying to find a car mender due to them being so busy but all sorted now and I'm a happy bunny.

What a rubbish company , especially the representative Jamie what a repetitive liar he is, made false promises multiple times and doesnt call you back when he says or chase up anything , you will have to do all the leg work and honestly things dont even move forward also he thought it would be funny to laugh about it when I told him the things I wasnt happy about. All this company does is feed you lies , honestly please avoid it. It will save you a lot of time and pointless phone calls most importantly they are so slow with dealing with your case it will take forever! AVOID !
