Zumuku Sushi

We went to the one in Wilmslow and sushi was great but the service was very poor. Ordered a kids meal but it didnt come at all until we had mentioned it after all the food arrived so baby was left hungry and couldnt have any of our food. No waiter or waitress came to check on us to see if everything was ok or if needed more drinks and during the time we were there it wasnt busy. There was actually more staff than seated tables there. Dont think we will go back there again.

Thought Id give the Wilmslow branch a go and have to say the staff were very friendly, the place and decor looks nice and the food was decent my only issues are VENUE the plate I had at seating was dirty, so I swapped it for one off the table next to me. The chopsticks (for the look, feel and price of the restaurant) are really cheap and nasty which splinter and like a lot of restaurants they seat customers in the same areas, which since there were only five customers in the building, in came a family of four with a screaming child, which anyone would have thought they might of sat them in a different area FOOD cant really fault the food apart from the spicy kamikaze chicken wings have less spice than a Nando's lemon and herb or plain dressing.

Hi, I have been a fan of zumuku sushi and have recommended this place to many friends and family members. My experience today, however has been particularly disappointing and shocking. I decided to opt for the 29 unlimited menu and was told upon finishing my meal that since I hadn't finished eating everything that I had ordered that I would have to pay an additional charge! And if I wanted to take away the left over items ( which is completely within my consumer rights to) that I would still need to pay this 5 charge. I am utterly shocked and so was my twin sister who was dining with me. We have therefore decided not to return to this restaurant and I would highly recommend that Zumuku sushi removes such unnecessary terms and conditions. All the best.
