The recruitment process for Pareto is fast and they are really helpful. Had my assessment day with them recently and it went well and they allowed candidates time to gain confidence in order to show what they are capable of. Tom Rushworth helped me throughout the process and was always there when I had any questions.

As someone wanting to enter into the tech field with no relevant qualifications, the digital apprenticeships Pareto were offering seemed promising. I prepared well for the long assessment day and passed, meaning that I would then be set up with some interviews with their clients. First interview, they found someone else which was fair enough. After my second interview with one of Pareto's clients, I heard nothing from Pareto nor their client. I waited about 2 weeks and assumed that I hadn't been successful but regardless, I sought for feedback and emailed the individual I had been dealing with, also asking if anymore opportunities were on the horizon. However, no response. It has been almost an entire month since then and I have had absolutely zero communication after putting in a lot of time and effort to prepare for these interviews, having to reschedule driving lessons and shifts at my current job in order to attend interviews. Pareto have completely wasted my time and have also knocked my confidence quite a lot considering nobody could even bother to respond to me. They sound nice on paper, but in practice a waste of time.
