Great sales advice and everything went smoothly until installation. Vitrified porcelain over baked and impossible to cut cleanly. Cutting instructions on packaging were not appropriate and wet cut the only option, even then way above average breakage. Fobbed off by technical customer support basically saying tiler incompetent (hes not, years of experience and highly regarded) because they couldnt recreate the problem in the warehouse. Tiler says he has colleagues that refuse to work with MS products and wont do my other bathrooms if I choose tiles from them, because of poor support when issues arise. In contrast he had same issue with a competitors tile once as it can happen and they resupplied from a different batch with no quibbling. Disappointing as beautiful tiles and sales manager and team have been lovely during selection process, and the tiles used in rest of the house so far look great.

Tiles delivered on the wrong day completely unannounced with no text, phone call or email. Inconvenient day when Im not at home to bring them inside. Spoke to an agent who was completely unhelpful with zero apology.

5 starts because of Natalie. She gave us the service that I really needed, suggestions and making us a mini mood board of our palette which was invaluable. Because of her help I was able to make a decision there and then and walk away placing an order. Really excited about our tiles and made up with our service today! Thanks Natalie

Just accepted delivery of polished limestone paving, I was concerned that the paving may arrive damaged or packed insecurely but no problem whatsoever, the driver delivered early from Wales and was extremely helpful, not one slab was damaged after they were very carefully removed from the crates. Excellent service and delivery of an expensive but worthy product. Well done. Riverhill landscapes.

Poor delivery. My wife had to battle to get the tiles to the door, let alone inside. The delivery driver wanted to leave them on the pavement.
