I never leave reviews but the customer service I received compelled me to. I was greeted by a wonderful member of staff called Molly. Molly couldnt do enough to help, her knowledge was impressive and shes a credit to the company. I will definitely be returning.

Purchased an amazing watch from Cheshire Watch Company the other day - just walked in off the street and Connor could not have been more helpful and knowledgeable - amazing service happy customer!

Visited back in September 2022. Upon stepping into the small dark shop premises our immediate reaction was absolutely no greetings from the young female staff member (blonde hair) as she was too busy checking herself on her mobile phone, eventually my wife & I got eye contact & acknowledgement but it was all very vague, couldn't help feel that we were interupting her or should not be in the shop, alomost felt like we were being intrusive in someones house. Sadly not the friendly welcome we were expecting especially in the current appresive climate. Definitely a training issue of basic customer facing techniques is required here asap. Will not be returning or recommending this setup, exchanged business with an alternative lovely & welcoming profesional company.
