        Great selection of fresh fish and exceptional customer service. Keith and Phil are so thorough in preparation and cleaning whilst providing non-stop information and entertainment. Having a local fish shop of this quality is a privilege and greatly appreciated.

        Stuffed Sardines Sicilian Style.Sardines from Big Fish, Little Fish, Chapel Lane, Wilmslow, butterflied. Make a pesto of Anchovies, parsley, toasted breadcrumbs, olive oil, pine nuts and currants . Spread over the flesh, roll up insert cocktail stick baked for 30 mins with bay leaves. Serve with salad and brown rice. A glass of chilled Gavi.
