Huge THANK YOU to Ellie Edwards. Ellie is professional, knowledgable, friendly and an all round good sport! Prestons are very lucky to have Ellie as part of their team. Ellie is always welcoming & has the biggest smile on her face as soon as you walk in. We visited Ellie a year ago to get my partner a Rolex in readiness for our up and coming wedding. Within a couple of months, Ellie called to say the watch was available. We advised Ellie that we were looking for a Rolex as my wedding present. A year later, Ellie called to say my Rolex was ready for collection. I am absolutely made up! This was the only watch I wanted as my wedding present and Ellie made it happen! Thank you so much Ellie! Collected a watch from a service for a friend. Very professional service through and through, however Matthew didnt look me in the eyes, which is not very respectful. Wonder if my dress code (work clothes and jeans and no make up) was something not expected in a place like that??? Wouldnt suggest judging a book by its cover. I cannot fault professional attitude otherwise. Another thing which didn't agree with me was the scent of the candles -lilacy, this however is a personal preference.

I had an amazing experience working with Ellie at this jewellery store. I was on the hunt for a specific piece for a special occasion, but many other competitors I spoke to didn't seem interested in my request. However, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I was looking for within the time frame I needed it. Her dedication and willingness to help truly impressed me. She listened to my needs and preferences and offered valuable advice and suggestions to ensure I found the perfect piece. I came here for my wedding band and eternity ring. Carla was the sales person that helped us. The jewellery choices were fabulous I chose a full diamond wedding band but Carla tried to talk me into having diamonds only half way around which I didn't want. Upon sizing my finger which I said was to big Carla was adamant it was the correct size so on collection the ring was too big Carla said as a courtesy she would rectify this and ordered another size down which I might add is still to big. Again with the eternity ring Carla tried to talk me into having half a band of diamonds to which at this point I agreed. Now I am actually wearing them all I wonder where her logic was after I had decided on a full diamond wedding band would it not have made sense to have a full diamond eternity ring, which I am now forever spinning around to put the diamonds at the front of my finger. I do love Prestons but this sales person let me down. I will be back to fill my eternity ring with diamonds.
