        FITISM has been a game changer for me. Started on the 6 week challenged and continuing on. 12 weeks later lost over 10kg body fat whilst maintaining muscle. The trainers and fellow gym members have all been most welcoming, no egos just supportive of each individuals goals

        I joined FITISM Wilmslow at the beginning of November for the six week challenge with the aim of learning to love exercise again and it worked! So much so Ive joined up on a membership and am looking forward to the challenge in the new year. Everyone there, including other members and the trainers, are really friendly and supportive which makes it feel like youve been going forever!
