        I just popped in on the off-chance someone would be able to help me with a problem I was experiencing with a very old remote control. Not only was my problem solved on the spot, but the very knowledgeable Nick talked me through everything clearly - I'm not very technically minded. Nick, really knows his stuff, including the backwards compatibility of remote controls going back to my system which is 20+ years old. Expert service and product knowledge like this is a rare find nowadays!
