Terrible service Dragged their heels for 18 months in 'gathering evidence' to determine whether or not to proceed with a medical negligence claim and then dropped very abruptly via a short impersonal email. 'Led on' to believe chances very high of success with outcome. Unacceptable and inappropriate response times to gather information, process and make decisions. Calls and emails not returned, chasing own medical notes and doing legwork. Very unreachable and unreliable, poor consideration shown for a family already enduring a very difficult and distressing time.

Poor quality of service, often chasing my own evidence , lack of communication throughout various people leaving without letting me know who were handling my case, I was told that my case was strong and i had 8ndeed proved that I could win , and waited a long time just to be told that I won't win by someone else, stay firmly away, I shall be following this up with a formal complaint qnd notifying the ombudsman
