        After having low self esteem and anxiety for years I decided to contact Stephanie, after a free telephone consultation I booked a package of 5 sessions. These sessions took place on a zoom call. Within minutes of my first session Stephanie put me at ease with her friendly, caring professional approach. I found the EFT technique most helpful and calming. Stephanie helped me validate a lot of my feelings Ive had throughout my life and has helped give me the confidence to move forward. Although sometimes it was difficult for me to open up and talk of past traumas Stephanie took her time with me and we had some laughs a long the way. Having just finished all of my sessions I have come away with a different mindset and a lot of hope. Stephanie is a professional, compassionate lady who I highly recommend.
