Body Hub

I came across the Gym during lockdown and thought I would give it a go once it opened again. Have been a regular now for 3 weeks. Very experienced team, great classes. When they say full body work out they mean it! The technology used is far superior to most other gyms/studios. Would highly reccomend it. Will be trying the PT in the future.

It is probably the best gym in Wilmslow. High quality gym with clean equipment in a well maintained boutique gym. The classes are fantastic and the personal trainers are great.

I have been training with Lindsay for a good few months now and have seen some amazing results in the shape of my body. I feel I have got better results in a few months than years training in isolation, and I have more definition than ever before. She has been very supportive and was able to adapt to a few old injuries I was carrying. I feel much stronger and fitter since starting and I can see this in our shared measured results. She is great at pushing you, just the right amount, and her energy is contagious and gives you a hand up when you need that little extra motivation. I would strongly recommend Lindsay to anyone who wants to look and feel better. *****

This place is so unique! It is an intimate setting however the equipment they have on offer certainly packs a punch! I really enjoyed my first experience at The Body Hub, completing the BOOTCAMP session. The place was super clean, sanitizer is available upon arrival and the social distancing was adhered to. The bootcamp session takes place to the rear of the building and the whole set up was so different to anything Ive experienced in any other gym or class before. Ill definitely be going back, its worth a try even if youre just curious, itll probably get you hooked though! The staff and owners are so pleasant and welcoming and its clear they know what they are doing. I dont think Ill ever go to a large gym again!
