Dont use this company. I placed an order. Order was delivered but incorrect item sent. I made contact by email 7 times to Leah over a period of 20 days and have been told they would process a refund and have the incorrect item uplifted. This has never happened

Fantastic buy at half the cost on the high street. Kept fully informed about parcel delivery and it was very securely packed. Will definitely be ordering again soon and thank you for my free gift. Excellent service.

Extremely poor service - no communications, no receipt of item which was required for a birthday present . Phone goes to answer machine and no replies to emails - had to raise a PayPal dispute to get a refund. Would not use this company again

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! I wouldn't even give this company a star if I could avoid it. Their service is absolutely abominable. Ordered a miniature clock for a 21st which took place back in May. I was totally embarassed to find out the clock wasn't working and made it look as though the gift was just a cheap item. I also noted that this company is actually buying through Amazon and adding on extra for supplying it. Said I would return it, which I did. Went on holiday for almost 2 weeks and the replacement still hadn't been received. On contacting them, I was informed that the replacement wouldn't be dispatched until the end of June, so I told them just to cancel the order as I had completely lost faith in this company by now due to their lack of professionalism. Was told 2 weeks ago I would receive my refund for the return + postage, which I am still waiting for and no-one communicating with me. What right does this company have to hold onto my money? And why keep selling faulty gifts to people who clearly come to your site for a special gift for a special occasion, just to completely let people down? Shouldn't be in business. Will be making sure I get my refund though.
