Was having trouble with plug sockets tripping and running a business and small children at home, Danny couldnt reach me but helped via phone to help me locate and get the power back on and working. Danny went above and beyond guiding me through and being patient as I have no knowledge in electricals. Danny didnt have to help me but did even though his time is limited and had a busy day. Our experience of Dan was fantastic, and we already have him quoting us for more work. We made three repairs to our property, installing a new motion sensitive porch light, installing an upgraded outside light in our shed and installing a new master bedroom light we 'd already bought. His work was always incredibly neat and tidy, all areas left neat and tidy after the work, and a full explanation of the work carried out was given. In a few instances he even removed the existing wiring because it wasn't well done and re-worked it because that was the correct approach even if it cost him more time. He was incredibly personable and approachable over the two days he was with us, always explaining what he was doing and why, and giving us examples where required. We're very happy we found Dan and will always use him in future for any electrical work we need.
