Damian Riley Dog Training

Weve been working with Becky at Damian Riley for 6 weeks, 3 sessions in total and it has been so helpful to have the support and encouragement that we needed to get our 2 dogs on track. Becky had given us advice regarding their diet, keeping them calm in the home, how best to heel train and recall train and it has worked wonders for us. There have been times that we have wanted to give up as it is hard work, but the regular support and sessions has given us the motivation to continue. Becky has been able to give us advice on our progress to help us improve further and we are so grateful for her! One thing with dog training is that you cant expect results overnight, and getting the support from a trainer like Becky is only going to be effective if you are putting the work in outside of the 1-1 training session, and it really makes all of the difference in doing so and the changes are huge. We cant wait to have further training with Becky/Damian Riley in the near future as it is an ongoing process and you can never have too much support! Thank you Jake and Lauren :)

We initially contacted Damian and his team for help and training for our Romanian rescue, Rory. We have been struggling with Rorys poor recall, redirected frustration whilst on a lead, his high prey drive and some reactivity towards people. Within two sessions, Damian instantly understood Rory and clearly guided us into how to handle him in these challenging situations and direct him towards more preferable behaviours. He has given us a clear training plan after Rorys initial "evaluation consultation" which we have stuck to, built on and in our follow up session, personally taken me and my partner beyond our comfort zone on a country walk to prove that Rory is an extremely manageable, trainable dog. Although we've only had two sessions with Damain, we're bursting with confidence and will continue to follow his guidance to improve Rorys recall and build a trusting relationship with him so he can have freedom from his lead. We are so grateful for the teams experience, understanding and support and will highly recommend them to any other dog owner with any training related issues whatsoever.

The one to one training sessions and group training sessions have been amazing. Instead of just teaching my dog how to behave for the trainer, I've been taught how to train my dog if that makes sense so I am getting as much out of the sessions as my dog. The team at DR really know their stuff. My only regret is that I waiting till my dog wad 4 months old before hearing about Damien Riley. Highly recommend.

We have a 6 month old puppy and did the beginners training course with Becky. I can't believe it's only been 6 weeks since we started, he's so much better behaved and spending time with him has become a joy rather than a stress. Thank you so much!! Will definitely be doing another course.
