        We used Mark Potts to undertake two significant projects - the first was knock through to extend a kitchen (complicated as the ceiling was low) and the second was to build a party room/cinema room attached to the house. This needed to be fully powered, insulated, heated etc. (see attached pics of both). Mark was great - detailed conscious (we worked without an architect!), creative in his own ideas and, above all, fastidiously neat when it came to tidying up each and every day - this was important when we had work going on inside our house. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending Mark Potts - an honest, incredibly helpful and fundamentally nice guy

        Weve had an awful experience with Mark Potts builder. Hes taken money for materials but not provided. The work was for a porch conversion which should have taken 3-4 weeks. After 17 weeks hes walked off the job, ripped off and gaslighted my elderly mother in an attempt to rip her off even more than he already has done. Trading Standards are involved.
