Nikki was wonderful from the first meeting! Worth every penny,..I would recommend her to everyone! We had an initial chat to begin with and she was so friendly and instantly put me at ease. We then had a few face to face meetings at home to chat through everything and help us to prepare. We had a WhatsApp chat that we could ask any questions at any time as we got closer to our due date. She had plenty of advice and tips so we felt prepared. I was quite anxious about giving birth, especially as we have no family close by. Her knowledge, care, warmth and support throughout the lead up and through the birth enabled me to stay calm and cope with what was a long and complicated birth without panicking. I felt safe with her support and it was invaluable having her there to advocate for us throughout to ensure that the hospital team took my birth plan and preferences into account. Without Nikkis support & being there we would have almost certainly ended up having an emergency C-section which I really wanted to avoid. We managed to avoid the section and had our beautiful boy naturally with some minimal assistance in the end. Nikki was there throughout to reassure me if needed, having a friendly face in the room, someone whos been at many births before was extremely comforting. Without Nikkis support I feel the whole experience would have been very different. Nikki was wonderful helping us in the weeks after having our boy, we had real difficulties breastfeeding but it was so important to me to carry on and Nikki helped to support us through the difficult early weeks and tongue tie issues, first of all picking up on the tongue tie, recommending a clinic for treatment and with regular after care support at home. Nikki was always there at the end of the phone to answer any questions we had and I always felt welcome to ask anything. Nikkis knowledge on everything pregnancy, birth and babies is invaluable and made a huge positive difference for our family. If youre thinking about having a doula, go for it! Nikki is wonderful!

Nikki has single handedly saved our family and ensured that my baby can lead a happy and healthy life. We came to Nikki at 16 weeks as our baby had dropped off the centile chart. We ended up in hospital as our baby wouldnt take top ups and my supply was non existent at this point. Throughout the hospital stay Nikki gave us invaluable and constant support - if it wasnt for Nikki our baby would have been on all sorts of medication and have been put through countless tests. Over the past 5 months weve been under the care of a dietician, the SALT team, paediatric specialists, the GP, and the health visitor - Nikkis expertise is the only advice weve needed as she has single handedly ensured that my baby has been weaned off an NG tube and can now exclusively breastfeed and wean safely. We were told in hospital that this would be a very complex journey with many ups and downs - Nikki has worked tirelessly to work out the issues my baby has been facing and why. She has also looked at us as a family unit and given us priceless emotional support. Every step of the way Nikki has been there to support us as a family, Im in awe of her compassion and knowledge and honestly wouldnt trust anyone else with the health of my baby. Nikki truly cares and has given us more of her time and care than I could ever ask for. I cant put into words what Nikki has done for our family. I can say without a doubt that I look forward to contacting her for support with future babies (and in the mean time will be sending her pictures of my happy baby thanks to her)! Nikki has made what was impossible to countless health professionals possible - our baby was a mystery to them but Nikki relentlessly worked with us and listened to our concerns, assessed the problems and found every answer that needed to be found. I cant do her justice with my words but I can say that Nikki is one of the most special people Ive ever met and has restored my faith in people - truly you dont meet many people who care as much as she does and gives as much as she does. Our family is forever grateful for everything youve done and I cant wait to tell my daughter about the incredible woman who never gave up on her and made sure she has the healthy life she always deserved. We booked Nikki as a Postnatal Doula and ended up needing Wonder Woman - which she also covered! Her support for the complications we had with feeding were very welcome. I think we struck lucky as Nikki is also a Lactation Consultant and there isn't a single regret investing in this service. My husband and I believe we've only been able to continue with breastmilk for our son because of Nikki's quick thinking and support when the midwives at the feeding team dismissed us. Had we continued on the downward trend in growth which was happening for 5 or 6 weeks before we asked Nikki for advice, who knows where we would be now! We will be booking Nikki for Day 5 and Day 10 weight checks next time! Thank you Nikki!

Words cannot describe enough what Nikki has done for our family. We came to her with endless issues and concerns we were having and within 5 weeks i can safely say every single issue has gone and our little boy is perfect. Nikki provides unlimited support and knowledge and without her god knows where would be now. The confidence she has given us as parents and the smile we see on our boys face is absolutely priceless.

Nikki is absolutely phenomenal. She offers extensive support 24 hours of the day and top of that knowledge is unquestionable. Me and my wife have both gained so much confidence since hiring Nikki and have also gained a friend
