        Wanted a 'puppy jumping out of a box' cake to celebrate the imminent arrival of our joint birthday present. Supplied an idea of what was wanted and trusted Rachel to come up with the final item which she did superbly. The cake was very well received by guests and in addition was very light and tasty. A perfect sponge cake base with the required puppy in place. Decoration was good. We did originally want a gluten free, dairy free cake so two of our guests could sample it, but this proved difficult. So Rachel provided a number of lovely cup cakes to meet this criteria and they were very well received (with no stomach pains afterwards so definitely complied with my requirements). Would use again and can therefore recommend.
