        Hopeless. I saved in an ISA at the Wilmslow branch of YBS and the Head Office closed it a few weeks later without notice such that I couldn't top it up. Thus I lost part of a year's ISA allowance. Now this branch won't open on a Saturday, which is the only time key workers are likely to be available to visit. When I tried to politely explain why it is unfair of them not to, the staff member I spoke to said that my inability to visit during the week meant YBS wasn't for me - how's that for customer service ? She then got offended by me telling her the truth regarding the impact of being unable to access one's own money on a Saturday when one is a key worker who needs to be at work during the branches limited opening hours.

        This place is a really good bank and the staff are amazing and friendly also very helpful, welcoming

        Put a sign in the window saying back in 15 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances. All lights off and locked up. Came back an hour later and still the same. Its clearly shut. Misleading customers isnt a great look.
